These groups provide a safe, respectful, and open platform for connecting with like-minded individuals who share similar experiences. As an organization that values inclusivity and radical acceptance, SGC has committed to creating spaces that allow members to embrace their unique identities.

Q-Crew

LGBTQIA+ Affinity Group

Sacred Garden Community members who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community are welcome to join this affinity group. Q-Crew will provide a more culturally aligned and supportive space for being, journeying, integrating, and networking. We plan to meet monthly as a group, and will hold dedicated ceremonies and events for members.

Jewish Affinity Group 

The Jewish Affinity Group (Chavurah) is a safe place for people to explore their Jewish identities, celebrate Jewish holidays, and connect with other people who identify as Jewish. This group is open to anyone who identifies as Jewish or part-Jewish. (Note: Vigorous discussion and respectful differences of opinion are welcome, but hateful speech or blatant anti-semitism are not allowed in this group.)

We aspire to have gatherings in celebration of the major Jewish holidays. Group members are also encouraged to organize additional events (e.g., classes, walks, ceremonies, etc.)

A supportive space for individuals who are navigating life in a new country, particularly those adapting to American culture and its way of thinking.

The First Generation Immigrants Affinity Group is a supportive community for individuals who are navigating life in a new country. As we adapt to American culture and its way of thinking, we come together to share experiences, offer guidance, and provide encouragement. Let’s connect, uplift one another, and strengthen our sense of belonging as we navigate this unique journey.
